    1. The Operator treats personal data on legal and fair basis to fulfill the functions, authorities and obligations imposed by the legislation, exercise rights and legal interests of the Operator, Operator's employees and third parties.

    3. The Operator processes the personal data by automated and non-automated methods, using the means of computer equipment and without applying such means.
    4. The actions of personal data processing include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, pre-delivery, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and humiliation.

      • To deliver goods and services to the Purchasers;
      • To be able to call or e-mail  the Purchasers if this is necessary to be able to carry out the services of the Operator;
      • Inform  the Purchasers about changes to services and products;
      • The Operator analyses the Purchasers behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to the Purchasers preferences.
  4. Processing of customers' personal data
    1. The Operator processes the personal data of the Purchasers with their consent, which is considered to be received when concluding a contract on the basis of the Offer at the moment when the Purchaser places an order on the polygonalpaper.com website or via the Operator by phones, whats app and telegram  +7 901 210- 90-32, +7 908 909-63-37.
    2. The Operator does not store the personal data of the Purchasers longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which the data is collected, such as e.g. the legal retention period of 7 years.

The Operator remains responsible for these processing operations. The operator does not have access to customers' banking data. All payment information is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling an order placed on the website or through the Operator by payment services:

      • establishes the rules of access to personal data analyzed in Operator's information system, as well as ensures registration and recording of all actions with them;
      • evaluates the damage that can be caused to personal data subjects in case of violation of the Federal Law "On Personal Data";
      • determines threats to the security of personal data during their treatment in the Operator's information system;
      • applies organizational and technical measures and uses information protection means necessary to achieve the established level of personal data protection;
      • carries out the detection of facts of unauthorized access to personal data and takes measures to counteract them, including the recovery of personal data modified or destroyed as a result of non-authorized access;
      • performs an assessment of the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data before putting into service Operator's information system.

    1. The Operator uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. The Operator uses cookies with purely technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly. These cookies are also used to optimize the website.
