the cutting contours of the parts contain holes in the corners to relieve stress and contain notches to define fold lines without engraving;
fold lines for engraving are marked in different colors according to the bending direction: UP – yellow, DOWN – red;
in the video, the sculpture is made in mirror image on a scale of 2:1.

We provide several DXF file options to choose from:

DXF files with the file name "...-Nesting-..."
contain only cutting lines (without engraving). We made notches and cutouts in the contours of the parts. Notches are used to determine the location of fold lines. Cutouts are used to relieve stress in the corners of the bends.
DXF files with the signature "...-NestingLabel-..."
contain the same cutting lines (with notches and cutouts), and elements for engraving — fold lines and part numbers. DOWN fold lines are marked in red; UP fold lines are marked in yellow.
