Features:

metal sheet of 1.5mm and 2mm thick;
drawing on the front side of the assembled model;
small parts for easy operation using a sheet metal bending machine;
most of the welds are on the front side.

Materials for assembly:

One black metal sheet 1.5mm thick, size 2500mm x 1250mm;
One black metal sheet 1.5 mm thick, size 1500 mm x 1250 mm;
One black metal sheet 2mm thick, size 2500mm x 1250mm;
One black metal sheet 2mm thick, size 1620mm x 1250mm;
Three sheets of nontransparent red plexiglass, size 4100 mm × 1000 mm. The sheet should not reveal the inner structure of the sculpture. You may use transparent or matte plexiglass and red adhesive vinyl Oracal.
Metal 0.5mm thick for creating clasps for windows;
Hinges and clasps for attaching the last door made of plexiglass;
Materials for lighting (LED strip, angles, side surface, corbel, transformer, wire)

Cut the carcass details out of a metal with laser
Engrave fold lines if you wish
Assign part numbers with a highlighter
Bend the metal pieces use a sheet bending machine
Cut out the details out of plexiglass
Determine the location of the windows on the body
Weld the metal pieces
Grind welds
Design the surface as desired
Assemble the lighting
Insert and secure the plexiglass windows

The polygonal sculpture of an illuminated bull — is a work created by the Polygonal Paper company and designer Rim Shamsin. It is not easy to assemble this sculpture. We worked on this project for several months, perfecting the installation of the lights inside and making this construction stable. During our work on this sculpture we consulted with a welder, mounter, and light and metal engineers. We came to solutions which we offer to you.

The sculpture of the bull is made out of metal sheets of different thickness (1.5mm and 2mm) on which pieces of translucent plexiglass are fixed. Inside of the sculpture there is a construction providing illumination.
